Seraphim portfolio company HawkEye 360, the global leader in space-based radio frequency (RF) data and analytics, has announced a major milestone: a multi-year contract exceeding $100 million with a strategic international partner. The five-year agreement represents one of the company’s most significant commercial wins to date and underscores the growing global demand for space-enabled intelligence capabilities.
Under the contract, HawkEye 360 will provide the partner with guaranteed access to its advanced RF data and analytics services, alongside options to scale collection capacity and integrate regional ground infrastructure. The expanded capability is designed to enhance mission delivery, strengthen tactical decision-making, and support a broad range of operational needs across defence, security, and national resilience.

As part of the agreement, HawkEye 360 will deploy dedicated satellite clusters with full operational capability in early 2027, providing the partner with priority RF data access while expanding capacity for customers worldwide. The deal also lays out opportunities for increased collection capabilities and deeper infrastructure integration as requirements evolve.
